Therapy and Services

Dr. Consolla provides individual therapy to help clients with a wide range of difficulties, disorders, and concerns. She also offers  consultation services in addition to group therapy for individuals with trauma disorders.

"So often, life events, circumstances, and even our own thoughts can cloud our ability to recognize our own resources.  On the path of life, it feels as if night has fallen and darkness surrounds us. We can feel trapped, immobilized, and lost.  I work with my clients to illuminate their paths. I help them to accept and learn about themselves, learn new skills, and ultimately find their way."
